As colder temperatures settle in and outdoor activities become limited, your TV will once again become your evening entertainment salvation. Grab that HDMI cable and connect your laptop, because livestreams are the wintertime rage. Let us narrow down your options by checking out our virtual concert picks for this week below:

Monday, Oct. 19

Helena Deland: The Canadian art-pop experimentalist released her poignant and forward-thinking debut album Someone New last Friday, and we’ve had it in our constant rotation ever since. Deland will celebrate its release with a “solo launch show from home,” broadcasting today at 3 PM PT on Bandcamp. You can purchase $5 tix and watch HERE.

Tuesday, Oct. 20

Third Man Records presents Musicians for Marquita Bradshaw: Tennessee Democratic Senate candidate Marquita Bradshaw is getting a huge fundraising boost from some of the best musicians in the game. Artists like Margo Price, Robyn Hitchcock, Emma Swift, William Tyler, Vanessa Carlton, Bully, and many others are set to perform the virtual telethon, which is hosted by Jack White’s Third Man Records. Wednesday, Oct. 21

Local Natives: Los Angeles’ premier indie rock band has stayed plenty busy since the release of last year’s excellent Violet Street, and this Friday they’re dropping a brand new EP called Sour Lemon. They’ll inevitably play some of those tracks during their performance from L.A.’s Lodge Room, which streams live at 6 PM PT. You can buy tix and watch HERE.

Friday, Oct. 23

Chief Keef & Polo G & special guests: One of these guys is one of the most bold, controversial, and influential rappers of the last decade. The other is a rapper on the cusp of superstardom. Both are incendiary figures and live performers. So get your Friday party started a little early with Chief Keef, Polo G and a few of their friends as they throw down a virtual show via Dreamstage starting at 4 PM PT. Tix are $20 but probably worth it. Go HERE to RSVP.

PUP: Easily one of the best rock bands in the game, Canadian garage punks PUP also bring the heat live. They’re dropping a brand new EP called This Place Sucks Ass on Friday, and they’ll celebrate its release with a virtual record release show that’ll stream live via the always excellently-curated Noonchorus. $13 tix are on sale now HERE. The show starts at 6 PM PT.

Planet Afropunk: As with every other music festival, Afropunk wasn’t able to happen this year. But they’re making up for it with their Planet Afropunk virtual fest, which will stream all weekend long starting Friday. The stacked lineup includes Common, Yves Tumor, Ari Lennox, serpentwithfeet, DUCKWRTH, Moses Sumney, Smino, Mesego, Bootsy Collings, and many more. You can RSVP HERE.

Saturday, Oct. 24

Billie Eilish: Last but obviously not least, the titan herself Billie Eilish rounds out the week with her highly-anticipated virtual live show, Where Do We Go? The Livestream. She’s been pretty stingy lately when it comes to performing, so this one’s gonna be a must-watch for her many fans. Tickets are on-sale HERE now.
