Team Sleep reunite, to release new album

Nick Rattigan

Sacramento shoegazers Team Sleep are reuniting. The band, including members Chino Moreno (Deftones) and Zach Hill (Death Grips, Hella), have been quiet since their self-titled debut in 2005, but have recently announced via Facebook that they will be releasing a sophomore album.

Aside from the new material, the band have announced that you can be a part of the process. Team Sleep have offered tickets to attend an intimate live recording of the new album in Woodstock, New York for $500 ($518 with service fees). If you don’t feel like coughing up the big bucks, they have also posted a pledge page, where you can pre-order the album, along with a video of some demo tracks from the new album. You can watch the video below, and start counting your coins for that pre-order.
