Welcome to the James Iha-produced romp by Hunters, called “Deadbeat”.
The track appears on a Swill Children split 7-inch with Dead Wife out February 6. In addition to being produced by Iha, the track was also mixed by Nick Zinner, which makes Hunters some kind of laboratory on which drifting rock stars can “try new things.” Worked out pretty well here.*
*To be fair, producing isn't really that new a thing for either Zinner or Iha. Tinted Windows. That was new.
