Forever M.C. and It's Different ft. Lupe Fiasco, Talib Kweli, Hus Kingpin, and Rozewood, "School"

MC and production team Forever M.C. and It’s Different joined forces to affirm their legacies and high stature in the underground scene. They decided to showcase their ability in the best way possible – by lacing some of the game’s most respected spitters and going toe to toe with them. They’re dropping their Forever M.C. compilation tomorrow, and have dropped off yet another loaded single, this time featuring Lupe Fiasco, Talib Kweli, Hus Kingpin & Rozewood.
The MCs take turns getting’ busy on a buoyant, piano-dominated melody. They all do the track justice, especially Lupe, who delves into “the pain that you paint ’til you can’t see” and says we should all “put the evil in the prison where it can’t leave.” Amen.
The Forever M.C. project is full of posse cuts, which we got a taste of with their previous three singles. The group managed to nab Wu-Tang, Royce Da 5’9, Snoop Dogg & Kurupt, Cormega, and a slew of other highly regarded MC on the 12-track album, which will be released on RBC Records.
You can stream “School” below and preorder the compilation from iTunes here.
