On Thursday, March 3, High Waisted celebrated the release of their debut LP, On Ludlow, appropriately enough, less than one block from Ludlow Street in Manhattan at Mercury Lounge. Supporting the party rockers were The Teen Age. Photographer Rick Perez was there to catch the festivities.
