On Thursday, October 15, Seattle’s Sub Pop and Hardly Art Records combined forces for the cleverly titled, “Mutual Depreciation” showcase featuring bands signed to both of their rosters. The lineup featured live sets from Detroit’s Protomartyr, Olympia’s Strange Wilds, Pittsburgh’s The Gotobeds, Seattle’s S, and NYC’s Mass Gothic. Comedian and actor H. Jon Benjamin was also added to the lineup and was joined by “Tony from Sub Pop” (Larry Murphy) and Eugene Mirman for his set.

Sub Pop and Hardly Art presented a stellar CMJ showcase called “Mutual Depreciation” last Thursday night.
