On Sunday, October 26, the third annual Howl-O-Ween event occurred in McCarren Park in Brooklyn where dogs donned their finest Halloween costumes. Although there were many cute and clever costumes, only one could be declared the winner, which was Harriet the dog dressed as a forklift.
