The much-hyped Isle of Wight duo played a sold-out show in San Francisco

Wet Leg, the duo of Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers, have been one of the most hyped-bands in recent years. Despite not even having a full album out, they’ve have sold out shows all over the US behind their insanely catchy singles “Chaise Longue” and “Wet Dream.” Ahead of the release of their self-titled debut LP in April, they embarked on a US tour, hitting San Francisco on March 29th. They ripped through a 50-minute set, playing most of their record, and pretty much confirmed that all the hype was well-deserved. LA band Momma opened with a heavily 90s-alt-rock-influenced sound that didn’t disappoint anyone in the crowd.
