Blueprint, Go Hard Or Go Home”

Video by Blueprint

Forget all this "hard in the paint" talk. IMPOSE appreciates a finesse game of mid-range jumpers – that's true skill.

Blueprint proves his rap skills are much like his hoop skills in the "Go Hard Or Go Home" video. The Columbus, OH producer-on-the-mic puts together an understated track of synths and heavy mental verses like he carves up one-on-one opponents in the Southside with a Hardaway-style crossover that catches defenders off guard – none of that exaggerated Iverson garbage.

The video is also timed up with the one-year anniversary of Adventures In Counter-Culture, Blueprint's most recent solo record. The album was a true labor of love for Print. It took him over 5-years to complete after several of the original demos were lost from a hard-drive meltdown. To commerate his album, Blueprint wrote The Making of Adventures In Counter-Culture, a book that documents the complete process from social commentary, personal transformation and stories from beyond the album. Purchase the book here.

Adventures in Counter-Culture is out now on Rhymesayers.
