Jeffertitti's Nile, “No One”

LA space-punk outfit Jeffertitti's Nile are releasing their sophomore LP, The Electric Hour. The album was recorded on (mostly) analog tape during stops between tours with Father John Misty, whose drummer Josh Tillman (also of Fleet Foxes) plays on a handful of tracks. In the new video for "No One", premiering today, the band's exploratory sound meets its visual match in an aggressive collage of stimuli. A floating skull breaks apart into a leopard, a cobra, a bowl of grapes, and a moon, while faces and bodies splice together over shifting neon backdrops. You can stream it above and find the record out now on Beyond Beyond is Beyond Records.
