SEE, "Green Line Killer"

Songwriting is a fantastic way to fight for the causes we think need a bit more of a push, and in the case of Long Island, NY based singer-songwriter SEE, music is an outlet for her to raise awareness of the LGBTQ community. Her songs focus on finding your identity and also delve into her previous relationships with girlfriends. Too often, the new music scene can feel too heterosexual, so SEE’s perspective and content is fresh and a welcomed addition. Following last June’s debut EP Ties, SEE shines in her newest music video, accompanying track “Green Line Killer.”
The track is edgy and honest, and it becomes clear that SEE is pouring only her deepest emotions into the vocals. It’s got a Wolf Alice beat and Wye Oak overtone, with hints of yearning that only SEE could create. Throughout the video, a couple escape a neon pink monster, all the while strengthening their love for one another. As the lovers run through the woods, SEE’s impeccable track follows, warning of the Green Line Killer of our reality.
Keep up with SEE here.
