Terry Malts, “Gentle Eyes”

Post Author: Meredith Schneider

California-based trio Terry Malts – comprised of Phil Benson (bassist, vocalist), Corey Cunningham (guitarist, vocalist), and Nacie (drums) – has been hard at work on their third full-length album, Lost At The Party, that was released on October 14th after three long years void of new material. Holding its place as their first album recorded in a studio, it has already been well received in its infancy. The album is expected to carry more weight in the band’s legacy than its predecessors, and it’s easy to see why.

We’ve got the exclusive premiere of the music video for their song “Gentle Eyes”, which is largely a live performance video that focuses on each member of the band for different intervals of time while Benson croons like an 80’s punk rocker. Directed by Corey Cunningham and shot and edited by Kyle Camarillo, “Gentle Eyes” tracks their energy exquisitely, capturing the talented men with a well-placed filter and fun vibes.
