From their upcoming album, Nightshade Honey, Warm Body gives us Kool.
Warm Body sounds like sun-kissed pop melodies wrapped in a blanket of intimate psychedelic nostalgia, punctuated by shocks of guitar heroics. From one track to the next, it becomes apparent that the style of the music is not beholden to a specific genre, but each song is another direct line into the enigmatic musical mind of the artist.
Formed in 2010 by Ryan Foster and functioning essentially as an experimental solo project, Warm Body was born out of a necessity to create something more intimate and fresh, if not experimental and cathartic, after a long history of playing guitar in various NY bands like Lost Boy, Lights Resolve, Toons, Camera-Head Shark, & The Blue Scene.
