Last fall, Girlpool spent a few weeks on the east coast, touring first with Slutever and then with Jenny Lewis. For the first few days of the trip, their friend Cory McConnell tagged along to capture footage of the duo, Harmony Tividad and Cleo Tucker, performing at Death by Audio, Silent Barn, Bard College, a basement show in Boston, amongst other places. McConnell also shot scenes of the band between shows, driving from city to city, hanging out at their friends houses, and exploring new places. The footage was compiled into a 25-minute documentary, Things Are OK, which you can stream in full below. The doc also includes a bunch of interviews with Girlpool in which they reflect on their first year as a band, their relationship as friends and creative partners, intricate collaborative songwriting process, and more.
