After moving from Texas to New York I realized how scarce the southern rap is in the world. I just assumed Scarface was a god to everyone in all cities. That even though he hated America, Osama Bin Laden still bumped 8Ball and MJG every now and then. Frankly, I was wrong. That's why I love it so much when a mixtape provides a great mix of relevant artists and relevant material, and on Southern Smoke 31 DJ Smallz nailed it. This caught me up on the south's happenings like no other mixtape did in 2008.
