Tape Deck Mountain is from San Diego. We love TDM because they sound nothing like the beach culture brats that make up the So Cal sound.
"It Goes Down" is a slow burning shoegazer from TDM's new Secret Serf EP. It crawls deep into your ear canals with white noise and some of that good ole tender post-rock guitar lickage and clings into your inner lobe for a vicious feeding frenzy of gnashing teeth for the heavier shredding moments. Here's hoping the remaining three tracks to Secret Serf are on par with "It Goes Down".
