Kanine unveils Beverly's debut album on Youtube

Beverly careers cover art

Yesterday, and a few days in advance of its July 1 release date, a Youtube stream of Beverly's debut album, Careers, popped via Kanine Records. Ever since the February unveiling of “Honey Do”, fans of slow and sugary shoegaze, along with fans of ex-Vivian Girls/Crystal Stilts/Dum Dum Girls-member Frankie Rose and Drew Citron (from Avan Lava), could be sure they were waiting for something worthwhile. The entire album—running a half-hour in length—sits at a satisfying crossroads between familiar Bangles nostalgia and a serene, fuzz-drenched gaze sound all Beverly's own. Stream it below.
