Canadian noise-punks leave no crumbs in Seattle, along with opener Gouge Away

Toronto post-hardcore/noise-punk vets Metz have racked up a devoted following over the past decade and change, with their live shows providing a darkly visceral experience for their die-hard fans. They’re out on the road again, touring in support of their excellent latest album Up on Gravity Hill, which came out last month. This week, the group came through Neumos in Seattle, delivering another shattering set of gnarled garage punk for an energetic sold-out crowd. Earlier in the night, Florida post-hardcore up-and-comers Gouge Away performed a raucous, spirited set of their own. You can scroll through below for all the highlights from a fantastic night.
