On Friday, September 21st, All Tomorrow's Parties (ATP) brought music to the sleepy little town of New York City. I'll Be Your Mirror (IBYM) day one, curated by ATP and The Afghan Whigs' frontman Greg Dulli, featured Frank Ocean, Philip Glass with Tyondai Braxton (formerly of Battles) and Lightning Bolt playing Pier 36 in downtown Manhattan. I kept reading it as Philip Glass and Toni Braxton and think that would have been amazing. Maybe next year?

ATP + IBYM = ANTIBYM which is Serbian for "Music Festival." OK, perhaps not.
