OWS on MLK Day
» On Sunday, January 15, OWS supporters met at Cathedral Church on the West Side, continuing on a candlelit march to Riverside Church (Riverside Dr at 120th St) to honor Martin Luther King Jr. Performances and speeches from many artists and civil rights activists including Patti Smith, Steve Earle, Russell Simmons, prayer music, and many others. Over 300 people were in attendance.
