Song and a Slice w/ Dani Satin & The Velvet

This installment of our music and pizza series Song and a Slice features Bay Area artists Dani Satin & The Velvet. The indie band mixes an impressive amount of styles–blues, pop, classic rock, Americana, R&B–that, combined with Dani Satin’s killer voice, produces a tremendous live music experience. Fresh off a performance at San Francisco’s annual Noise Pop festival, Dani and the group–guitarist Monroe Vallejo, bassist Eric Melendez, drummer Luis Barcelo, and keyboardist / vocalist Isabelle Kimura–stopped by to perform their song “Four Walls,” then jumped into the kitchen to talk a little music and make a pizza inspired by the song, the Four Walls of Cheese pizza. Check out “Four Walls,” the pizza, and a special epic bonus song, “All Roads Lead Home.”
